Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how CRM360 Inc. ("CRM360," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit crm360consulting.com (the "Site") or contact us, and the choices and rights you have.

If you have questions, email us at [email protected] or write to us at the address in Contact us.

This policy doesn't cover personal information we process on behalf of clients under a consulting agreement (for example, data inside a client's Salesforce org). That processing is governed by the agreement with the client.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request a consultation, we collect what you enter in the form:

  • first and last name, email address, phone number and company;
  • the services you're interested in;
  • your description of the challenge or project;
  • the page you submitted the form from.

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

You don't have to give us any information, but we can't respond to an inquiry without your contact details.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical and security data. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request and the referring website, in order to deliver the Site, keep it secure and prevent abuse.
  • Cookieless site statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused service that counts page views and measures page performance (page address, referring site, browser and device type, country) without cookies and without tracking you across other websites.
  • Spam protection. The consultation form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyzes browser and device signals to tell people apart from automated bots. It runs only on the form page.
  • Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site — for example which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and whether the consultation form is started or submitted. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as device and browser details, approximate location derived from your IP address, and pages visited. Advertising features are turned off. See Cookies for your choices.

The Site's fonts are hosted on our own Site, so loading a page doesn't send your information to a font provider.

Site assistant

The "Questions?" assistant answers common questions from a fixed set of answers that runs in your browser. Questions you type are used only to show an answer on the page; they aren't sent to us or stored.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your inquiry and discuss whether and how we can help;
  • communicate with you about a potential or ongoing engagement;
  • operate and secure the Site, including preventing spam and abuse;
  • understand how the Site is used, so we can improve its content;
  • comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We don't use personal information to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you, and we don't use it for profiling.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Site and handle inquiries. They process it on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services:

Provider What they do for us
Cloudflare, Inc. Website hosting and delivery, security, spam protection (Turnstile), cookieless site statistics (Web Analytics)
Resend Delivering consultation-form submissions to our inbox by email
Google LLC Business email (Google Workspace) and website analytics (Google Analytics)

We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect our rights, property or safety or those of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case the information would remain protected by commitments at least as protective as this policy.

Selling or sharing personal information

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. We don't use Site data for advertising, and Google Analytics is configured with advertising features turned off. We don't collect sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, or health information) through the Site.

Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser stores. The Site uses:

Cookie Set by Purpose Duration
_ga, _ga_* Google Analytics Distinguish visitors and sessions to produce usage statistics Up to 2 years

Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare Turnstile don't set cookies on the Site.

Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site works the same either way. You can also opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we don't load Google Analytics on your visit. Browsers' "Do Not Track" setting has no agreed industry standard, so we don't respond to it separately; use GPC or the options above instead.

How long we keep information

  • Consultation requests and emails: for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the duration of the relationship and any longer period required for legal, tax or accounting purposes. If we don't go on to work together, we delete inquiries when they're no longer needed, typically within 24 months.
  • Google Analytics data: retained for 14 months, then deleted automatically.
  • Cloudflare security logs and cookieless statistics: kept by Cloudflare for a limited period under its standard practices.

How we protect information

The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, form submissions are checked for spam before they're accepted, our accounts are protected by access controls, and only people at CRM360 who need inquiries can see them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the information we hold and will notify you and authorities of a data breach where the law requires.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the state you live in — including California and other states with consumer privacy laws — you may have the right to:

  • know and access the personal information we hold about you, and get a copy;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete your personal information;
  • obtain a copy in a portable format;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising (we don't do any of these).

How to make a request. Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request," or write to us at the address below. We'll confirm your identity before acting on a request, usually by checking it against information we already hold, and respond within the time the law requires (for example, 45 days under California law, which may be extended where the law allows; we'll tell you if we need more time). You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of their authority. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Appeals. If we decline your request, we'll explain why. You can appeal by replying to our response with the subject "Privacy appeal," and we'll respond within the time the law requires. If you're not satisfied with the outcome, you can contact your state attorney general.

Visitors outside the United States

The Site is intended for visitors in the United States. Information is processed and stored in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and professionals. It isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

The Site may link to other websites, such as Salesforce or Titan resources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we'll provide more prominent notice on the Site.
