Plain answer

What is Titan?

Titan is a platform that works with Salesforce to provide the experiences around a Salesforce process — the forms people fill in, the documents they receive, the signatures they give, and the portals they sign in to.

Those experiences read from and write to Salesforce data, so the record stays complete and the process stays in one place.

Titan is not Salesforce.

Salesforce can remain the system of record — accounts, opportunities, cases, and your custom objects — while Titan handles the connected experiences around it.

Titan is not the whole answer.

A connected form or signature step only works if the data model, security, and automation behind it are right.

CRM360’s role

CRM360 designs how these capabilities fit into the Salesforce architecture and business process.

Titan Architecture

Salesforce holds the data. Titan delivers the experience.

Data moves in both directions. Titan reads Salesforce records to prefill forms and generate documents, then writes submissions, signatures, and files back — where Flow can take the process forward.

Reads ↓
Record fields, related records, and files used to prefill and personalize.
Writes ↑
New and updated records, signature status, signed documents, uploaded files.
Triggers
Salesforce Flow reacts to what Titan writes and moves the process to its next step.

Capabilities

Eight capabilities, each tied to a Salesforce record.

CapabilityWhat it doesHow CRM360 configures it

Titan Forms

Capture structured information from customers, employees, or partners.

Map fields to objects, set prefill and validation, and create or update records on submit.

Document generation

Generate proposals, contracts, letters, and other documents.

Build templates on record data, set when they generate, and file the output on the record.

Titan eSign

Collect signatures on generated or uploaded documents.

Configure signer order and routing; write status and the signed file back.

Titan Portals

Give customers or partners one place to view status and complete tasks.

Define who sees which records, and which updates each person can make.

Titan Surveys

Gather feedback and structured responses.

Link responses to the right account, contact or case so they can be reported on.

Titan CLM

Manage contracts through drafting, review, approval, signature and renewal.

Connect contract stages to Salesforce records, route approvals, and track status and renewal dates.

Titan Files

Collect and manage the files a process depends on.

Set upload rules and file each document against the right record.

Workflow automation

Connect these steps into a multi-step process.

Chain the steps together and hand off to Salesforce Flow where needed.

Common Workflows

Where Titan and Salesforce work together.

Representative workflow patterns — not documented client projects. Each shows which steps belong to Salesforce, automation, Titan, and people.

Titan Implementation Process

Eight steps from process to working experience.

A Titan form is easy to build. Designing it so it creates the right records, respects security, triggers the right next step, and still works a year later is the integration work.

When Titan Makes Sense

Titan isn’t automatically the right answer.

We recommend Titan when it fits the process — and something else when it doesn’t.

Titan may make sense when

  • Documents need to be generated from Salesforce data
  • eSign is part of the process
  • Forms need to create or update Salesforce records
  • Customers or partners need a portal
  • Surveys should be tied to Salesforce records
  • Files need to be collected against the record
  • Contract workflows need structure and visibility
  • Salesforce-connected data capture replaces email

It may not be the right answer when

  • Standard Salesforce functionality already solves the problem
  • Process volume is low
  • The process isn’t defined yet
  • An existing tool already works well and is properly integrated

In those cases we’ll say so, and recommend the simpler route.

FAQ

Titan integration questions.

What is Titan?

Titan is a platform that works with Salesforce to provide forms, document generation, eSign, portals, surveys, files, contract workflows and related workflow automation. Salesforce can remain the system of record while Titan handles the connected experiences around it.

What does Titan do with Salesforce?

Titan reads Salesforce record data to prefill forms, personalize portals and generate documents, then writes submissions, signatures, files and status back to Salesforce records, where Flow can take the process forward.

Can Titan generate documents from Salesforce data?

Yes. Document templates merge fields from Salesforce records and related records, and the generated document can be stored back on the record. We design the templates, merge data and generation triggers.

How does Titan eSign work with Salesforce?

A document is sent for signature from the Salesforce context, signers follow a defined order, and the signature status and signed file are written back to the related record. The exact setup depends on your objects and process.

What can Titan Forms be used for?

Structured intake that creates or updates Salesforce records — applications, onboarding information, requests and change forms — with prefill from existing data and validation before submission.

What are Titan Portals?

Portals give customers, partners or applicants one place to view their information, complete tasks and upload files, with access controlled by rules tied to Salesforce data.

When does Titan integration make sense?

When Salesforce is central to the process and forms, documents, signatures or portals need to stay tied to Salesforce records. If a native Salesforce feature or a simpler approach fits better, we recommend that instead.

Can CRM360 integrate Titan into an existing Salesforce org?

Yes. We start by reviewing the objects, automation and security the Titan experience will depend on, then design the integration around them.

Do we need a full Salesforce consulting engagement first?

No. Titan integration is a separate service. If your Salesforce org already supports the process, we start with Titan directly. If the data model or automation needs work first, we’ll tell you before anything is configured.

Need broader Salesforce consulting?

CRM360 also provides Salesforce consulting and implementation as a separate service.
